State Hardware Purchases for CPSLO, Cal Poly Corporation, & ASI
The Workstation Program Coordinator
can assist you with quotes, technical recommendations, and ordering computers with your campus credit card. We also periodically organize large campus-wide purchases to take advantage of high-volume pricing. Our goal is to promote supportable computing standards and drive down costs while making the process of ordering computers easier for you.
You can use your Cal Poly credit card (PCard) to place orders up to $3,500. You may also use the custom Dell and Apple stores to create quotes for purchase orders which can be fowarded along with your requisition to purchasing. The Workstation Program does NOT place orders for you, we merely play an assistive role. If you need help placing a credit card order or generating a quote, please contact us at 756-6602. To go to our custom Dell and Apple stores, log on to the Cal Poly Portal, select the "Technology" tab, and look for the newly remodeled "Digital MarketPlace" channel .
